We want you to enjoy your North Kiteboarding equipment as much as possible. Please check the goods on purchase / delivery and ensure that they are supplied correctly. And that Harnesses or Impact Vests are the right size for yoyurself. All goods must be paid for before they are delivered or taken from the shop.If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please notify us within 7 days and return in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less of any postage costs. We wont change or refund used equipment it is used.  If a warranty issue is raised photos will be taken and the decision will be down to North Kiteboarding who will with us work fast to resolve any matters and get you back on the water asap.
